• I understand that I am committing to the 2024 growing season for Orchard Flower Farm.

• I understand that Orchard Flower Farm will do its best to provide a season's worth of quality locally grown flowers.

• I understand that I am sharing in the risk and challenges that is simply a part of farming. 

• I understand it is my responsibility to pick up my share at the location I requested on the dates set by Orchard Flower Farm. Dates and exact locations will be given before the growing season kicks off. 

• I understand that email and social media posts are the primary methods of communication for Orchard Flower Farm and I agree to open and read emails from the farm. Orchardflowerfarmgj@gmail.com

• The CSA subscriptions are broken into 3 separate partial seasons shares or 1 full season share.

Disclaimer Letter

The reason for this letter is to make sure 2024 CSA members realize they are supporting our farm by buying a share (or partial share) of our 2024 flowers and in return they also share the risks the farm may experience each year.

Upon payment for a 2024 CSA subscription, it is understood and agreed upon by both parties that should a total or partial loss occur due to any act of weather or criminal activity, Orchard Flower Farm and its owners and assets will not be held responsible for such loss, and the shareholder will not seek repayment for the loss of his/her share: nor will the shareholder consider Orchard Flower farm responsible for such losses. In the event of a partial loss, Orchard Flower Farm  will do everything in its power to adjust the remaining portion of the share and assist the shareholder in getting his/her reasonable expected value of the remaining crop share.

Losses and perils include but are NOT limited to the following: 

• Fire/Lightning

• Water/flood/rain/hail/snow/freeze/frost/drought

• Wind damage

• Blight/insect damage/bird or animal damage

• Vandalism/criminal activity
